In conversation with Jesse Norman

Charlotte Street Partners is delighted to invite you to a discussion in conversation with Jesse Norman, financial secretary to the Treasury.

Thursday 5 November 2020

15:00 - 16:00

Introduction

As the mechanics of the Treasury work overtime in response to Covid-19, business leaders face a new fiscal reality. Debt levels continue to reach new highs while borrowing rates remain historically low. Meanwhile, how taxation and regulation might change to deal with the economic backlash in the long term is as yet to be determined.

To give us an insight into the workings of the Treasury, and the historical contexts of where political conservatism and capitalism now finds itself, Charlotte Street Partners is delighted to invite you to a discussion in conversation with financial secretary to the Treasury, Jesse Norman.

The discussion will take place under the Chatham House Rule via Zoom webinar on Thursday 5th November 2020 at 3pm and we ask that you RSVP via the following link. Speaking with Jesse will be our creative director, Harriet Moll, who will pose some short introductory questions before chairing the audience Q&A. We expect to have finished proceedings by 4pm.
